Facility Rentals

Boys & Girls Club of Harrison-Crawford Counties facilities are available to rent on the following days and times:

Fridays: 7pm - 11pm

Saturdays – Sundays: 8am – 10pm

Please review calendar to see times that are unavailable for rental. Dates are subject to change due to Club programming.

Special rates for non-profit organizations and/or fundraisers will be considered by BGC’s Resource Development Committee. To request a discounted or free rental, a Renter should complete the Request for Rental Discount Form. Requests will be considered based on organization type, event type, and/or other factors as the Committee sees fit. BGC Staff and Board of Directors will receive a discount of space rentals.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Harrison-Crawford Counties is a mission focused organization and reserves the right to deny any rental request who does not align with that mission

Rentals are not reserved until deposit is paid and a completed Rental Agreement and Contract is submitted and you receive a confirmation from a BGC administrative staff.
